2. Delivery Policy

Cairo & Giza: 24 – 48 hours
Alexandria: 48 hours
Delta, Canal, Upper Egypt: Up to 7 days
Red Sea & Marsa Matruh: Up to 7 days
Sinai & Wadi El Gedid: Up to 7 days

Notes:

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during sales or peak seasons.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation and tracking update once the order is shipped.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Fire Bush purchase. If not, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below:

Duration:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 to 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The ticket, price tag, and original packaging must be included.

Non-Refundable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear

  • Any item showing damage, stains, or signs of use

Return Method:

After inspection and approval of the returned item:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7–14 business days,
    OR

  • A store credit of the same value will be issued — based on your choice.

Shipping Costs:

  • In all return or exchange cases, shipping fees are deducted from the customer.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the order, reshipping costs will also be charged.
